Happy teacher! Again!

Tonight was my first Guildford class at the Stoke. It's small numbers, but I'm hopeful that I can grow them.

The Beginners currently consist of two returners. If the class numbers do grow, I may suggest to them that they move to the Improver/Intermediates class, because neither of them is a true Beginner. So long as I've got no *real* beginners in there, I can work to their own level and really help them. As soon as I have to teach how to do a hip drop, they won't be getting such individual, or such high level, attention.

I was touched by how much the Intermediates were saying they'd missed my classes! They were a bit rusty, but I'm sure that will pass! So far there are four of them, and I've got a fifth person who was in touch today about the class. They're enjoying the Fi el Awel choreo, which is good, and because it's a small group, we can do more and go more quickly.

I'm happy that the room would work well for a haflah, and I need to get on with arranging something. I've got a date in mind, mainly because I was thinking it would be April, mostly because I didn't want to clash with Hipnotic, and there is so damn much going on in April for bellydance! Just not around here. So I need to make sure the room's available, and get my act together to invite people to take part. (Oh the pressure!)

Nudges fairly hard with elbow.
Get one's arse into gear. There would be two possibly three, if it was activated really quickly, Hipnotics for us to push it at before.

*Removes elbow and carries on as normal*
